The property is located within walking distance of large parks water vistas and open spaces. In addition to its own Semi-Private Beach and Fishing Pier, the spacious Haulover Beach is next door as is the Charter Fishing Dock and the Kite Park. The Oleta River park is less than 2 miles away and offers canoeing and boating amenities. Great location! Super amenities!!
