Nice 1 bedroom with bunks in the hall and queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6! Bigger unit with lots of space. Big living/dining room open to the kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit. Good Value! Located on Scenic HWY 98 close to all the activities in Destin. Bigger balcony to enjoy the sea breeze! Fantastic pool and beach view too! This is a 2nd floor unit with easy access to the pool and the white sugary beach in Destin! Community BBQ grills, pool, and hot tub! 2 TVs, 2 VCRs, 1 DVD player, high speed internet, and stereo! Beach Service is offered at the beach for a fee. This condo is non-smoking. Only 1 mile east of Destin Commons Mall. Close to all shopping, water sports, Golf, and restaurants! Take a dolphin or deep sea fishing cruise at the harbor! Great deal so close to the beach! Wireless high speed internet access!

    Reservation Policies:

    1. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

    A. Payment may be made by personal check or credit card and is due 45 days in advance of arrival. For reservations made within 30 days, full payment is due at time of reservation and must be paid by credit card. For reservations made more than 45 days in advance, a nonrefundable deposit, in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total due is required at the time of reservation or within 7 days of reservation if paid by check, subject to the cancellation policy set forth below.
    B. Forty five (45) days notice is required for all cancellations. No refunds will be due if reservations are canceled within 45 days of arrival. Cancellations made more than 45 days before arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant a refund of rent or deposit paid.
  • It is highly recommended that guests purchase trip insurance. Interruption of utility services, for any reason, will not relieve Lessee from any obligations under this lease.

    C. If you are forced to cancel your trip, you may forfeit up to 100% of your rental payment. Crystal Waters Realty strongly recommends you protect your vacation investment by purchasing our Vacation Rental Insurance Plan for only 6.5% of your total cost.

    D. A security deposit is required for your rental. Security deposits may be paid by check or credit card. A credit card authorization may also be used in place of an actual charge to your card. An authorization is not a charge but is an authorization to charge your card should a charge be necessary. In this case, your credit card will only be charged in case of damage or missing items during your stay. You hereby authorize more charges should they be necessary to cover repair or replacement costs above and beyond the security deposit.
