X 6ft. paintings of Scarlet Macaws hang on the living room wall creating a dramatic ambiance. On the opposite wall hangs a tropical painting of 3 Toucans in the jungle, with beautiful tropical light fixtures just about everywhere you get a real sense of the Caribbean here. There are 2 large sofas & 2 large chairs along with a flat screen TV on an adjacent wall. A 1/2 bath is located just off of the living rm for your convenience. The kitchen is complete with all you need to prepare meals including new appliances. A selection of pot & pans & other utensils make it a pleasure to cook in this kitchen. The downstairs bedroom is a large room with a great ocean views & a brand new king size pillow-top mattress. You will have the convenience of stepping out to the patio and beach area directly from this room through a sliding glass door. Enjoy the private spacious bathroom and a beautiful Caribbean view as you shower in paradise.

Each separate bedroom overlooks beautiful Tankah Bay. One room done in Caribbean turquoises, the other in rich red earth tones. All bedrooms are complete with 500 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets for your sleeping comfort. All of the bathroom counter tops are finished in exquisite marble & granite and one bathroom vanity has above counter glass vessel sinks. Each private bedroom is equipped with it's very own quiet brand new mini-split a/c for those occasional still nights. There are Minka ceiling fans & hotel type digital safes in each of the 3 bedrooms for your use. Follow the stairs topside to the roof and enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets, or just enjoy tropical bird watching with a 360 view of the ocean, bay, and the jungle on all sides of the house. One of the only houses on Tankah Bay that boasts a view of the sunset over the water. Beach side 2 palapas, to hide from the sun with 6 chaise lounges & plenty of room for tanning if that's your choice & hammocks to rest
