From balcony to living room, dining room, kitchen - Destin, Florida - Fantastic Views from the Crescent in Miramar Beach! Beautiful, second floor, non-smoking condominium overlooking the 4500-square-foot lagoon pool, heated pool, and hot tub. Master bedroom opens onto the balcony. Great views down Destin's West Beach. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a queen sofa sleeper. The Crescent is on of the top desired properties on the beach! Smaller heated pool (Nov-Mar) and hot tub on pool deck as well. Newly added this year is wireless internet service in your room and poolside. Stacked washer and dryer in the laundry room. TV/VCR/DVD in living room. Each bedroom has a TV/VCR. Nice workout facility as well as meeting room on-site. Security 24 hours per day spring break-summer season. Lowest price in the Crescent! We manage other condos & homes in the area too!

Destin is not only known for its sugar white beaches and emerald blue waters, but is also known as the 'Luckiest Fishing Village in the World.' Deep sea fishing is very popular and everyone catches something! The Destin area is also known for its Golf including one course that is on the Senior PGA tour! Shopping is plentiful with a designer outlet mall called Silver Sands Outlet Mall as well as the newly finished Destin Commons Mall. You are sure to find all of your favorite stores. There is plenty of entertainment for the kids including miniature golf, water parks, go-kart racing, etc. Enjoy yourself on the water too either on the bay side or the gulf side with para-sailing, boating, water skiing, surfing, kite surfing, you name it! It's all good and it's all fun waiting for you! The Crescent is close to everything too!

    Reservation Policies:
    1. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

    A. Payment may be made by personal check or credit card and is due 45 days in advance of arrival. For reservations made within 30 days, full payment is due at time of reservation and must be paid by credit card. For reservations made more than 45 days in advance, a nonrefundable deposit, in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total due is required at the time of reservation or within 7 days of reservation if paid by check, subject to the cancellation policy set forth below.
    B. Forty five (45) days notice is required for all cancellations. No refunds will be due if reservations are canceled within 45 days of arrival. Cancellations made more than 45 days before arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant a refund of rent or deposit paid. It is highly recommended that guests purchase trip insurance. Interruption of utility services, for any reason, will not relieve Lessee from any obligations under this lease.

    C. If you are forced to cancel your trip, you may forfeit up to 100% of your rental payment. Crystal Waters Realty strongly recommends you protect your vacation investment by purchasing our Vacation Rental Insurance Plan for only 6.5% of your total cost.
    D. A security deposit is required for your rental. Security deposits may be paid by check or credit card. A credit card authorization may also be used in place of an actual charge to your card. An authorization is not a charge but is an authorization to charge your card should a charge be necessary.
