We were 2 couples in the 22-27 year old range and we found this property to be excellent for our needs, we spent 3 nights here during the Labor Day weekend 2010 and loved the house.
By far the best part of the house was the backyard area, the pool is nice and big, and salt water so you don’t smell like chlorine after being in it all day. The backyard is covered with green grass making it cool, especially when its 100+ degrees outside. The covered patio is great and lets you be outside and out of the sun, actually we ate pretty much all of our meals in the patio or under the gazebo.
The BBQ is also great, it has an extra burner on it so you can do all your frying outside instead of stinking up the house and the counter top area is the perfect size, nice and big! The BBQ gas is wired from the house so there is no worry about running out of propane, it’s unlimited!
There are 6 reclining lawn chairs even though you don’t see all of them in the picture and there are also some inflatable pool toys/tubes in the garage.
The view from the backyard is spectacular, I mean you are right on a golf course fairway (literally) and you have a view of the surrounding mountains, my favorite time of day was dusk where the sun had already dropped down the opposite end (front end), yes the sun rises on the back yard. It just looked fantastic.
Onto the interior, this house is big and spread out perfectly! and the bedrooms are huge! Besides the bedrooms, everything else is lined with nice tiles which is a plus since it is so easy to clean. The inside is decorated very nicely with big and beautiful paintings and fancy furniture. There is a nice new and big flat screen TV in the living room attached to some nice speakers which will play CDs too and the couch in front of the TV is big and comfy.
The Kitchen is really nice as well, especially the stove top, we loved the wolf! Only thing I would have liked to see were some nice knives, the knives are really dull and I am a knife nerd, I love a beautiful and SHARP set of knives, its no worry though, next time I will bring my own set.
All in all it was a great property, and we’ll be back for some more.
