3 bedrooms, den w/futon, living room, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 6 to 8.

A large, sunny cape with wireless access, nestled in a wooded lot on a quiet country road. A landscaped, kid-friendly yard with basketball hoop. First floor features a large living room, kitchen and dining area, bathroom, as well as bedroom with twin bed and a den with a futon sofa. Second floor has two huge bedrooms and master bath. French doors off of dining area open to a sunny outdoor deck, equipped with a gas grill and outdoor shower, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the evening sunset after shopping, fishing or a day at the beach. House has 3 TVs with cable, 1 DVD player. Property is very close to bike path which leads to beaches and Edgartown Village. One mile away is Morning Glory Farmstand, island famous for its fresh vegetables, baked goods and island made jams and jellies. A short drive to restaurants, art galleries, shops, movie theater & beaches. The month of August on Martha's Vineyard features the County fair and the Oak Bluffs fireworks.
