Condo comes completely furnished. Condo faces ocean with full ocean view from it's 9x24 ft. private balcony located on the 8th floor. Beach front pool and Jacuzzi strategically placed on the south side of the building(with view of beach and bay)to catch every golden ray of South Padre Islands sunshine from morning through late afternoon. Coin-op laundry/ Covered parking with elevators/ pass to weight room and racquetball courts at Sunshine Health Club located beach front between Morningside & Coronado Drives. Walking distance to the WaNa WaNa Tiki Bar & Restaurant and other restaurants and bars.
