My family and I would like to thank Mr. W.Ahmed for his hospitality and all the great services he has provided to us, our stay at the Barclay suites in Montreal last month. We have visited Montreal and stayed in his furnished suites several times in the past and we enjoyed it because of the friendly treatment, the great location, the clean accommodation and the reasonable cost, which made it our first choice every time.

I stayed in one of the 3 bedroom apt with my family for just over a year.
From the first day we moved in, we've had a good experience due mainly to the owners, Waleed and his wife who made us feel welcome. 24/7, they were available to make our stay a pleasant and unforgettable one.
The place is clean and well-maintained, kitchen fully furnished, round the clock Internet access. WE enjoyed it.
Our daughter was at the University of Montreal, just a 15mns walk. Very convenient.
All main stores, restaurants are at walking distance, there are regular bus services to and from the city centre.
I would recommend it to any individual or family visiting Montreal on a short term or long term basis.

This has been the second time we stay in these apartments and we really recommend them!!
Both of the times the apartment was nice and clean and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood also has everything with in walking distance, that makes it so convenient! The ownwer was always very kind and helpful, he answer all our questions and help us in everything we need. Great place at an affordable price!

The apartment was clean and it had all what we needed. We had all the services close by (grocery stores, restaurants, public transportation, Mount Royal). “Washer, dryer, back yard is a big plus”.

Owner was very helpful. Valuable advices for saving. We loved the area and we did not find any problem with parking “ it is not a walking distance to downtown, but about 7 minutes with car”.

Will definitely consider it as our first choice when we come back.

I stayed there for about 5 weeks (arrived from Halifax)

The owner the most helpful and friendly with my kids and he is a very good source for any info or guidance about Montreal.

He assists my kids by guiding them to the best way for the university admissions (Concordia), it was very nice saved time and money for us.

The price was very reasonable for us.

The area very convince near to everything and good shopping rate.

Overall a great apartment and was a great opportunity for us to stay there.

Recommended for: Families with kids, McGill&Concordia Students.
