This Brand New 2600 square ft. 2story top of the line Ocean House has all you need and more! Views of the gulf from all angles and just steps across West Beach Blvd to a wide open public beach access! A full size brand new underground pool with huge patio area facing the Gulf (fabulous!). Bedrooms are as follows: King Suite (main floor) King Suite (upstairs) Queen bedroom, bedroom with 2 full beds ,loft area w/ two sets of bunkbeds, queen sleeper sofa in main living room. All bedrooms have tv/dvd player (flat screens in king suites and main living area.) All bedrooms, with exception of bunkbed loft have private deck. (Linens and bath towels are provided) The enormous 25 x 35't kitchen dining family room area entertains all guests with plenty of elbow room. The open kitchen has granite counters and brand new top of the line stainless steel appliances. Free WiFi, gas grill, beach chairs, beach cart, cooler and more!!

Perfect location! Right across the beach with it's own saline swimming pool. Perfect for families and extended families. Property was very clean. We plan on staying here again.

The house is absolutely beautiful and very spacious! We had 14 people staying and we had plenty of room. Every room is attractively decorated and very comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need.
The pool was great and had plenty of pool chairs. The kids loved all the beach and pool toys. We have 8 kids in our family and not one of them had to wait to play with something there was more than enough toys to entertain them.
The house was conveniently located next to all the shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The beach is also fantastic.
Thanks Rose! It was a pleasure! We look forward to staying again!

WOW! The house was a perfect setting for our group: 7 Super 2009 Senior girls along with 7 moms who took turns chaperoning the week. It was a great Senior Trip for these girls who have practically gone to school together since 1st Grade! Each mom/daughter cooked for the whole group at least once during the week in the amazing kitchen! We even fired up the gas grill twice!! ROOM? - There was plenty for all of us. The weather wasn't "cooperative" all the time; however, location, location, location was enough for us!! Thanks for allowing us to rent. The girls are still talking about the trip...& moms are too!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and the pictures actually look like the reality. As soon as we walked in we knew that we were going to have a wonderful time. Plenty of room and we had 13 at one time! The kids loved the pool and the beach is just steps away. We would absolutely rent this unit again. Wonderful, quiet and relaxing! You can't ask for more.

what fabulous accomodations! We had a wonderful time during our spring break trip. Everything was at your fingertips. Our whole party enjoyed every aspect. The house is set up perfectly for the "late to bed" or the early risers so as not to disturb one another. We will rent here again! Thanks Rose and Bart
