New for 2009, the 'Beach House' at Christmas Island. Located lakefront, this 3 bedroom contemporary showplace features an abundance of amenities seldom found in any rental facility. The 'Beach House' is totally furnished and comfortably sleeps 10 with central heat & A/C. The design offers privacy for each of the 3 master bedrooms and 3 baths. The public areas of the new home feature knotty pine and a combination of hardwood and tile flooring. The spacious living room features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, stereo DVD, and surround sound. The open concept design allows easy communication between kitchen,dining, and living areas. The kitchen is fully applianced

including dishes, glasses, pots & pans, and ice maker. The REC room has a wall mounted 42' flat screen 5.1 surround and WII. Bedroom # 1 has 2 double beds. Bedroom #2 has a king bed. Bedroom #3 has a king bed. Bedroom #4 has 2 twin beds, all with wall to wall carpet. More info available
