Aquatika-Loiza Paradise Vacation Rental Condo

We have a great time with my family, Excellent for kids the will have a lot of fun at the pools and beach. Great place to stay all year round. Apartment was located just steps from the beach and the big pool. I will go again for sure. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

The property is a jewel. The beach view was great and relaxing. Aquatika offers a all in one place, five pools, great sun, comfy green areas, and the best sunset i've seen. There's a small restaurant nearby that makes the best "Alcapurrias" of Puerto Rico, just try them. It's location makes it easy to move around the island it all connects with highways. Loiza has a whole new Outlet Mall and a Wal-Mart Supercenter that has everything you need to stay forever. We appreciate the owners hospitality and the time he took to show us the place and make us feel in home. I recommend this property to all the people that want to relax and have fun at the same time. Don't let the location fool you! This is a truly beautiful and well-kept resort. The town of Loiza is one of the poorer areas in the San Juan vicinity, but Loiza is in development and the Aquatika-Loiza Paradise will be a fixture when this town reaches its potential. Poorer doesn't always mean worse, and the locals in Loiza are mostly proud and good people. You can really get a good feel for the culture of Puerto Rico in Loiza, but you can be pampered and relaxed in the resort itself. My group (there were six of us) loved the condo and resort, because we really didn't plan on partying a great deal and the resort was very peaceful. It did not get very crowded there, so we often had one of the many pools in the resort to ourselves. Not too crowded, but not deserted either--it was a perfect blend for us! The condo itself was very updated and well-equipped with all of our basic needs (except it does need wireless Internet). The rooms were extremely clean and comfy. I do recommend that you rent a car, then you can drive to the "touristy" locations like Old San Juan and Condado. We drove to the tourist locations several times and definitley enjoyed the sights and sounds, but when we were ready to get some sleep, the Aquatika-Loiza Paradise offered the quiet and comfort that would not have been fully recognized hardly anywhere else. I can't wait to come back to PR in a few years, and when I do, this resort will likely be at the top of my list again. I'm sure Loiza will be even more developed by the time I return, but hopefully the Aquatika-Loiza will still provide the same tranquility that made me appreciate it so much.
