What a fantastic place to call home while in SF!

It was perfect – hospitality was great – Jacob cares about your experience and clearly goes well out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. Blue Ray DVD player with tons of movies for kids and adults alike. Beds were seriously comfortable – they use all natural cleaning products so the place smells nice vs. reeking of chemical and bleach which we avoid in our own home. We were there for 3 nights and would definitely stay there again., We arrived with our 6 month old and Jacob had a pack and play set up and ready to go – it was awesome. The sleeper cushions were perfect for your 4 year old – she didn’t even are about not having her own room or her own bed – fell asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow. You never know what you are going to get when you rent a place and it is good to walk in and let out a sigh of relief knowing you have everything you need o be comfortable, your belongings feel safe and you have access to the rest of the city at your fingertips. The weather wasn’t quite great for an early AM walk on the beach but I have to imagine how wonderful this place would be in late June – all of July – August and into September for the insta beach access. Big props to Jacob for going the extra mile to make his guests feel at home. I must have reviewed 30 properties before deciding on this one so the leg work is done – of it is available for your stay, you really can’t go wrong. Cheers & Have Fun!!!

Awesome place to stay

Crazily close to an amazing beach, complete with sand dunes and miles of beachcombing...well situated for municipal transportation...within walking distance to an assortment of restaurants and the amazing little jewel Java Beach coffee shop. Nearby Golden Gate Park offers so much to do... The condo was clean, newly renovated, and was well stocked with linens - the beds were COMFY!
Great parking and felt safe! Would love to stay again!
Jacob was very helpful and all went smoothly. Thanks for a great 40th Girls Getaway!!!

Great Location - steps from the beach

We had a great time at this vacation rental. Everything was very tidy and new. We loved the quiet location with easy street parking right in front of the house. We walked down the beach to Golden Gate Park and stopped by at the coffee shop which is next to the end station of Judah Line light rail - very convenient! This is the right place for people who enjoy the outdoors but who at the same time want to be close to everything. The owner was very pleasant and helpful.

A wonderful hideaway at the beach...

Even before I arrived I was impressed.

Jacob's communication was quick, concise and informative. I knew exactly where and how to get to the unit. There was none of the confusion I've had with other internet vacation rentals.

I'm a bed snob. Bad mattresses are one of the only things I hate about travelling. But here the beds, linens and pillows were excellent, just like home.

The unit was impeccably furnished and maintained. It looked like it had recently been refurnished or was cared for like a 4 star hotel. Quiet and sunny is a rare find in the City.

I've lived in San Francisco before so I really appreciated how easy it was to find street parking. There was no 2 hour parking like a lot of the city.

Public transportation was only a block away and a great coffee shop, Java Beach was right there.

If you have pets, there's plenty of grass and "park-like" green space at the end of the block.

Bottom line: I considered writing a bad review so I could keep this gem all to myself, but Jacob is such a thoughtful helpful landlord with such a fantastic property, I had to share.

By the Beach

This is in a neighborhood I lived in 15 years ago, so this is staying in a typical San Francisco sunset district house. The house is very clean and kitchen fully equipped. A large HDTV with blue-ray videos was actually quite a treat. And the owner seem to know how to make you welcome, and put all the brochures and city activities and things to do in a nice welcome package. Along with it, came his visitor pass to the Academy of Sciences.

The Beach is walking distance, literally a block a way along with the cool San Francisco ocean breeze. Golden Gate Park, the MUNI train are again a few blocks and all walking distance to this property. If you're renting a car, also you'll find free parking as the neighborhood is easy to find parking.
