Located just minutes from historic Murphy and Andrews, NC. This one-level chalet features: incredible mountain views, large spacious deck with 4-person hot tub, professionally decorated interior with designer furnishings from Moose Hollow Trading Company (located in downtown Murphy), gas-log 'wood burning stove', large open floor plan, dining area, washer & dryer, entertainment center including karaoke machine and lots of privacy. This property is 20 minutes from the Nantahala River and NOC (Nantahala Outdoor Center) and 25 minutes from the World-Famous Ocoee Olympic Whitewater Center. In addition you are convenient to the John C. Campbell Folk School, historic Hayesville, NC as well as Lake Nantahala, Hiwassee and Chatuge. Hiking, biking, boating, fishing and golfing are all nearby.

Murphy/Andrews is located at the far western tip of North Carolina bordering Northeast Georgia and East Tennessee. Murphy is the county seat for Cherokee County. There is over 92,000 acres of U.S. Forest Service land in Cherokee County. The Valley, Hiwassee and Nottely rivers all run through Cherokee County. The 2 major lakes within the county are Hiwassee and Appalachia Lakes. Activities include: Cherokee Trail of Tears Museum, shopping, fine & casual dining, hiking, mountain biking, scenic driving, whitewater rafting, boating, fishing and hunting. There are several festivals and entertainment events and the John C. Campbell Folk School throughout the year. There are 3 championship golf courses within 20 minutes of the property. There are activities year round.

Great Cabin, Great Views, Great Family Time

Our family really enjoyed our time at this cabin. It was clean, neat, pleasantly decorated, and had everything we needed and more. We felt that the price was excellent and that the transaction was easy. We've already recommended this property to our friends and family!

Beautiful and Romantic

The pictures do not do it justice. This is a beautiful chalet with an amazing view from the hot tub. A wonderful place to get away from it all and share some much needed time with your loved ones. Close enough to Murphy and the Nantahala State Park. There is something to do for the outdoor individuals and those that want the conveneince of home without feeling like you are at home.
