Luxury villa. situated in a quiet residential area. The entrance to the property is secured by electric gates. The front door leads to an imposing hallway and staircase to first floor. On the ground floor are two bedrooms both twins 1with luxury bathroom The other bedroom has small shower room and toilet. The very well equipped kitchen has a door to pool terrace, utility room, lounge dining area with doors leading to fully furnished outside terrace. The first floor consists of 1 double bedroom and one twin bedroom, 1 luxury shower room. Both first floor bedrooms have double doors leading onto the large upper terrace. The property is surrounded by lovely gardens. The pool terrace is furnished with dining table and eight chairs two and three seater sofas and chair. coffee tables and sunbeds on lovely 250 sqm terrace. We have a new large s/steel barbecue for alfresco dining. Luxury white towels and quality cotton bed linen are provided. New for 2009 wireless internet.Bring your laptop

I t is very private having a greenbelt area to two sides and has lovely views across the valley and to the sea.If peace tranquillity and privacy are your requirements look no further. Santa Ponsa is one of the most picturesque and popular locations on the island, and has so much to offer.A large child friendly beach and a variety of dining options make Santa Ponsa ideal for families or couples. Golfers are very well catered for with a very good selection of courses within a 10 min drive. The proximity to palma and the excellent infrastructure make this an ideal holiday location. Some of the islands best beaches and picturesque villages are just a short drive away and include Camp de Mar, Andratx, Sant Elm and a little further takes you to the famous village of Deia home of Robert Graves museum and Valldemosa where one can visit the famous monastery

Additional information about rental rates

  • The villa is available from 3PM on the day of arrival and departure is at 10 am on the last day to allow for cleaning, unless previously agreed with the owner. A deposit of 30% is required to secure a booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure. A £300 breakage deposit is payable along with the final balance. This will be returned within 14 days subject to there being no damage or excess cleaning charge. The villa sleeps 8 people should there be extra guests these are charged at £190 per person per week. Extra guests are only permitted in the case of infants under the age of 2 being part of the party number. In which case cots are provided free of charge. DISCOUNT AVAILABLE FOR 4 PEOPLE OR LESS, PLEASE ENQUIRE
  • The villa can be reserved online for 48 hours to allow flights to be booked.

Hello Liz, We had a wonderful relaxing time, thank you. You can never be quite sure about what you are going to get when booking on the internet. But, Casa Amarilla totally exceeded our expectations. You have equipped it to a very high standard and the rooms are ligtht and spacious. The gardens too were delightful and my favourite place was on the cane sofa under the canopy, looking out across the pool and over the valley.

Well I can deffinatley recommend, the Villa is fantastic.. clean,beautifully furnished, very well kept with all the mod cons.

The location was great only a 15 min walk into town so we didn't really need a car, and the view across to Santa Ponsa from the terrace in the evening was beautiful.

We were a group of 4 adults plus small children so the pool had lots of use

El Faro's restaurant was a taxi away and is well worth a visit as they were really great with Kids.

Will deffinatley be looking at go back next year,

Our stay at this villa was idylic. It was so easy to find and only about half an hour from the airport.
Tucked away on the hills above Santa Ponsa with lovely views and aspect. Set in a very quiet location although minutes drive from restuarants, bars, shops, beach etc.The villa felt safe and secure.
The villa was spotlessly clean and had every extra you could wish for and all fixtures and fittings are of a very high quality.
We went with 2 young childen who loved the pool although there is no shallow end.
We visited Portals Nous while we were there and loved the harbour and restuarants. Not so impressed with Santa Ponsa. Other places we found nice to visit where Port Soller, Port Andratx and Saint Elm. The children loved the water parks nr Magaluf although go early as once the drinkers awake from their hangovers around lunchtime it gets a bit "lively"!?
we had a lovely lovely time and would definately go back.
Owner's Response: The pool is 1m at the shallow end and just under 3m at the deep end. It has roman steps at the shallow end. We have a number of inflatable toys for children to use.
