This renovated cottage on Conner Pond is perfect for a quiet, peaceful escape. It is nestled in the natural surroundings, hidden off a private road, 20 feet from the water's edge. Cozy and private yet bright and airy with vaulted ceilings throughout. Watch and hear the loons while dining on the screen porch, relaxing on the sofa or sitting under the stars around the campfire. It is ideal for those seeking their own private waterfront for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, free from big lake chaos and gas powered engines. No need to drive anywhere to find miles of woods roads and trails for running, hiking, and mountain biking.all colors. Booking for summer 2010 but only a few weeks remain available. If you would like to visit before booking please let us know. We are happy to show the cottage at your convenience.

It enjoys the privilege of being one of NH's most pristine water bodies: a well kept secret for fisherman, nature lovers and people looking for the calm, relaxed summer vacation typical of a bygone era. The cottage stands among natural glacial rock outcroppings, blueberry bushes, and mature trees. Impeccable detail has been given to preserving the natural landscape all around the pond.

Conner Pond is a remote 85 acre mountain trout pond with crystal clear water (ranked in NH's top ten clearest) and sandy bottom. This cottage and its location is ideal for the individual that is looking for peace and quiet. The wooded path from the private access road takes you to the cottage that is nestled at the water's edge, providing ready access to a week of relaxation with a waterfront focus. Hiking, biking and exploring out the back door in the Ossipee Mts. is inviting yet the White Mountain National Forest and longer climbs are a short drive north. To spend a day on the NH or Maine coast is little more than an hour's drive. Outlet shopping in N. Conway is 30 minutes north. If a simple, uncluttered week in NH's lakes and mountain region, reminiscent of a bygone era is what you request, you have found the right place.
