Every amenity - cable TV, DVD player, microwave, washer/dryer, patio/yard, grille, VCR, dishwasher. About 30 steps to beautiful, sandy, endless private beach on Nantucket Sound. Charming village setting. Linens included. Short five-minute walk to Popponesset Marketplace, home of the Raw Bar and its ''Best of Boston'' lobster roll. Boutiques, galleries, live concerts, ice cream park, miniature golf, candy store. Short stroll on the beach to the Popponesset Inn for ocean front indoor and outdoor dining - lunch or dinner! Tennis, walking trails, hiking and biking trails. Fabulous restaurants and two 18-hole golf courses and marina are just minutes away. Five minute drive to Mashpee Commons - home of favorite shops, restaurants, etc.

Wonderful place - steps to the beach and a short walk to the village marketplace with restaurants, bars, open air concerts or the kids, etc. Tons to do, beautifu oceanfront scenery and a great cottage. Very clean, well kept and great place...don't hesitate!
