couple in late-forty's, both designers, 8 years in vacation rental business. We pride ourselves in covering every detail to make your stay memorable. It is very important to us that our property meets your expectations.

Alain purchased this apartment in 1994

Why Alain chose Montreal

Our first home that we bought just before our 1st child was born 5 months later. An old victorian house (1885) in which we invest time/money over the years to make it our family retreat. Typical row house of Montreal with gray stone facade, flat roof with a 'mansarde', over 125 years, we are the 4th owner respecting and loving this property so much!

What makes this apartment unique

Close to the Atwater market (15 min. walk), convenient gourmet store just around the corner, and plenty of very good restaurants close by. Owners on site to help with last minute inquiries.

Charming, welcoming and relaxing

The studio apartment was perfect for us. It was located within a short walk to both Old Montreal and the "big" city. The owner was delightful and helpful and couldn't have been more considerate. We ate at two restaurants close by, La Tratattorie and Grinders and both served delicious food.
This is our 3rd trip to Montreal and staying in a suite is definitely the way to go.

Perfect Montreal Place to Stay

My husband & I stayed at this wonderful apartment from Sept 10-13. Part of the charm of this place is Alain, who is such a wonderful & cordial host. He was so helpful in giving us tips for getting around the city plus points of interest that tour books just cannot provide, especially the Farmers Market. The apartment layout was very spacious, clean & in a perfect location for touring Montreal. We were able to comfortably walk to most of our sightseeing destinations & local convenience stores are very close. Should our travel plans bring us back to Montreal we would love to stay again at this lovely private retreat.

Even better than the photos!

The location of the apartment is in a quiet residential area yet only about 15-20 minutes walk to Old Montreal or take the Metro which is about a 5 minute walk away. We arrived at central station a little later than expected and Alain, the owner, offered to pick us up, he was a great host the whole week we were there, very friendly and knowledgable. The apartment is in the basement but you can see the street and there is a wonderful outside patio and garden area which is off the kitchen and the hot tub of course. The furniture and fittings are all modern with a great shower and very comfortable bed, the living room and kitchen area are spacious and there is enough storage for clothes in the bedroom, the bathroom is also a good size and very clean. Everything you needed for your stay was provided. This was out first trip to Montreal and when we come again we will definitely stay here. There is a local supermarket about 10 minutes walk which has a great range of food, wine and beer so it was easy to get what we needed. We walked everywhere but could easily have used the Metro to get where we wanted to go. We really enjoyed visiting Upstairs Jazz Club not too far to go in the evening and the many restaurants on Rue Crescent but it was nice to have our own apartment instead of a hotel.

Great Condo!

Great condo right in the middle of everything you want to do in Montreal. Kitchen was very convenient, the bathroom was awesome and the yard with the barbecue was an added bonus! Very friendly people that rent this condo and very helpful with directions and suggestions. Having the washer/dryer was also really beneficial on a stay away from home. Great experience.

Fantastic Location and Apartment

This home in person far exceeds the photos, the unique designs and little design pops make the room alive with color. The location is about 1 block from the Metro station that will get you anywhere in the city, or you can take a short walk to Saint Catherine for any shop you can imagine. The Owner is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the city. There is no need for a car, there is a large super market Metro Moi about 2.5 blocks away where you can find anything you need. We had a great time and we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when we visit Montreal.
