This home has a very spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez. We watch the whales migrate from our balcony from November to April. This house is tastefully decorated and service is our motto. A big hit is the snorkeling beach in front of our property. Los Cabos has many world renowned golf courses Cabo Del Sol is nearby.

Stayed as Casa Leon for 5 days and could have stayed for the rest of the month or year if I could get a job down there or speak any Spanish. The house is awesome/ amazing/ perfect. It has everything you need- all you need to bring are flip flops and board shorts. When we arrived at the house a representative from the property management company was there with the keys, had the air on, and showed us where everything was in the house- make sure to get the password for the internet. The set up of the house is perfect. The place sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 per bed, and has 3 couches; 2 of which an adult could sleep on. There are two staircases that separate the master and guest rooms which is great for your own space. Met the neighbors and they are great people and told us if we needed anything to just ask. Couldn’t ask for a better house, neighborhood, location, can’t say enough good things. Town is a 10 min cab ride away (15-18 USD). Costco, Wal-Mart, and Sam’s club are within 5 min cab ride. We have been to Cabo 5 times and will be staying at Casa Leon for any future trips. Perfect place- can’t beat the view/ price/ convenience/ ect. Thank you Brent and Mae.

We loved our stay at Casa Leon. With 8 of us, including four rambunctious boys, it was big enough to allow eachother privacy. The view was fabulous and my husband and I had early morning coffee on the upper balcony every morning to watch the whales. The kids loved the pool and the easy walk to the beach. We felt secure with the gated access and the neighborhood was very friendly. Comfy beds and a washer/dryer were an added bonus.

We had a wonderful vacation at this house. Its kept in great shape with a ton of room.... not the mention the veiw!! Beautiful! We had our young son with us and the master bedroom upstairs was perfect size for us and the other couple stayed downstairs so there was enough room for privacy. Its close to downtown Cabo and only minutes from Walmart and Cosco... everything you need! Over all I would recommend this house for sure.

We loved this place. Ten family members stayed here with no problem. The pool was perfect with it's patio, lounging area and fridge. We also loved the beach which is a short walk down to the water. We were able to snorkle and relax with the kids and when someone got tired, the house was still a short distance away. As far as shopping, we were quite impressed that our Costco membership cards were valid there. The Costco is a short mile or two away from the top gates of this housing area. Oh, and we all loved having our coffee out on the upper balcony every morning to watch the whales. Comfy house, comfy beds and great times.

My family and I booked our vacation here we loved every minute the kids learned to snorkel at the beach.The view was great the service was good the owners have a condo nearby and when I could not log on they sent a tech to get me logged on with in an hour.The house was very clean and well maintained.Excellent value.We will be back
