This property offers a 40 ft. dock in an L shape with a float. There is not a sandy beach on property but it is fairly shallow in the little cove at the waters edge. It is possible to wade into the water from shore but most prefer to use the ladder off the dock, or jump in. This is a great setup for older children or children that are very comfortable in the water, for smaller children or those who wish to play in the sand there is a beautiful state park a short 10 minute drive from the cottage!
General Information:
Full porch lakeside which is enclosed by a combination of windows and screens.
This cottage has a newly drilled well which offers pure spring water.
Pets are considered, additional $50 fee per week per pet required if allowed.
This beautiful cottage is part of an association with a shared road which has a maximum speed of 20 mph.
The owners family lives nearby and will occasionally be using the dock to access their boat; they will not be using any other parts of the cottage.
Gas stove with electric ignition.
A Highchair and Pac n Play are available for use.
New for 2010, a firepit has been added for renters enjoyment - firewood is also provided.
