A VILLA for Less than $100nt incl tax/ utilities (7 days). Only 20 m to Charleston. Our beautiful Villa, part of a larger Spanish style home, sits on 1 acre in a historic subdivision. Once a working tea farm, this area is plush w/ foliage, flowers, trees, wildlife & big on charm. The Villa has been lovingly decorated with a Charleston flair. Pineapples, Palm & Banana tree decor, colorful yet calm & relaxing. Imagine Brazilian Cherry Tigerwood Floors, Marble in the Bath, lots of Colors & Textures, All high end appliances: ice maker, microwave, coffee maker with timer & a full size W/D. The bath has a ceiling heater for cool mornings. Also a blow dryer, iron & ironing board. A full size air mattress. The secluded GAZEBO VERANDA hosts lovely Whitecraft Wicker that seats 5 w/ 2 Rockers, 1 love seat & 1 hi back and fire pit table. Portable Grill. Surrounded by trees & is absolutely private.   • If you are coming for only a few nights, check with us. We will allow last minute vacancy to be used for shorter time periods. Within 2 weeks of arrival. No children under the age of 7 without an additional deposit.

Notes: We ask that you clean the property upon vacating. We have a $150 cleaning service fee that is not included. We will bill you $150 if the property is not cleaned upon departure. *see departure rules. Absolutely no smoking on the property, inside or out. Any smoking related damages to the property will be a $500 fine. Absolutely no pets on the property, inside or out. Any pets found on the property will be a $500 fine. Damage Deposit Requirements: $450 for 2 weeks or less. $1,000 if over 2 weeks. Due with invoice. Payable by PayPal.

Strictly Non-Smoking: We ask that you refrain from smoking while on the property. We charge a $500 vent fogging fee if we detect the smell of smoke in the property.

Absolutely no pets: Pets are not allowed whether you bring them or a friend brings their pet for a nite. The owner is allergic, and there will be a $500 cleaning fee assessed.
