The Berkshires are famous as a major center of all varieties of performing and visual arts, including Tanglewood, the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Barrington Stage Company, Norman Rockwell Museum, Jacobs Pillow Dance Festival, Shakespeare and Company and the Berkshire and Williamstown Theatre Festivals. There are hundreds of art galleries and antique shops, and numerous lakes and streams for swimming, boating and fishing. Lenox has a town beach at Laurel Lake that is clean and beautiful and has beach toys for children. All of these activities are within 20 minutes from this awesome rental home.
