Rustic modern home with beautiful natural light and woodsy views, set on two very private acres on quiet, highly desirable road. Near bay and ocean beaches, between hamlet of Sag Harbor and village of East Hampton. Unique architectural design with cathedral height living room with fireplace, dining area with table for 8. Separate play/TV room with 50 inch plasma, and a home office/library. Master suite, plus three other bedrooms. Three levels, deck on each level. Kitchen with new appliances, washer/dryer, central air, satellite TV, two broadband-accessed computers.

Heated pool, outdoor hot/cold shower, central AC, grill and ping pong table. Large rear yard, completely fenced. Near cedar point park hiking and biking trails, fishing, kayaking. House was designed by internationally famous architect, Alfredo Devido and highlighted in the book, HOUSES OF THE HAMPTONS.

Pool Use: The pool is open from Memorial Day through September. During your stay the pool will be serviced weekly.

Heating the pool is at your expense. Gas usage will be calculated and deducted from your deposit or billed to you.

smoking: Is not allowed at any time within the house. There is an ashtray available on the rear deck. Please don't smoke inside the house. Thank you.

Monthly rentals: Telephone and electric usage will be deducted from your security deposit.

East Hampton is a world class destination with extraordinary beaches, arts, restaurants, movie stars, beautiful scenery, and outdoor activities including golf, hiking, biking and water sports. East Hampton is also farming country and home to fields and vineyards. Artists have said the light is exceptional and it is. It's the perfect place for as relaxing or active vacation as you want. Or both. It is also a 2.5 hour drive to New York City which can be a great day trip for the whole family. The house is about 10 minutes from the ocean beaches and only 5 minutes from the village which means a quiet home within a quick drive to anything East Hampton has to offer which is substantial.

We just spent a very nice week at the house. The owners were prompt with emails, and the house was very open, bright and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and the yard was inviting. It is in a very quiet and peaceful area of East Hampton NW, yet not too far from town.

Love This Place!

As advertised! This beautiful home is bright and spacious, and best of all has a very private setting. So close to all the Hamptons has to offer, yet totally peaceful when you get home. Hanging out on the back deck by the pool till the sun goes down is sublime. Really well-equipped kitchen for those who like to take advantage of the local produce, fish, etc. It's even nice in less than perfect weather -- the glass-walled living room is great for reading and watching a passing storm.
Owners are gracious and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful Home

I am late in submitting this review, but better late......This house is extraordinary and architecturally unique. The owners obviously live in the house at least part time. I felt at home and at the same time in a new and exciting place. Wonderful artwork, a full library, fireplace and of course the scenery through ceiling to floor windows. Then of course there is the pool and the beach. I will return.
