Located on a cul-de-sac in the quaint town of Brewster, this retreat provides all the amenities of a premiere resort: a private, in-ground pool; association tennis court; short walk to public beach at Long Pond or private beach at Seymour pond; access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path; use of an Old Town canoe, deluxe Weber gas grill, beach chairs, and bicycles; and a short drive to the Cape’s best golf courses, ocean, and bayside beaches. With three bedrooms, a study, and two baths, this home sleeps nine. The kitchen is open to a 30 foot living-dining area that leads to a music room, with a baby grand piano, and a stunning sun room with sliders to an expansive deck overlooking the pool. This is a super property in a superb location!

Perfect place to stay

Just got back home after staying a week at this house. We have been coming to the Cape for 12 years now and this was the best trip yet. The house was perfect - plenty of room, clean and in a great location. The first floor is very open and is a great gathering place. The kids enjoyed the pool tremendously. The kitchen had everything you could want as far as pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cutlery and kitchen gadgets go. The grill on the deck worked great, and two extra tanks of propane made for worry-free grilling. Having a washer and dryer, as well as bath towels, beach towels and linens, certainly made packing a lot easier and lighter. Our two older children both play piano, so it was nice having a piano to play.

It was also nice to be able to canoe around Seymour Pond, play tennis, and have easy access to the bike trail. This is a great place to stay, and we hope to stay again.

We just returned from renting this absolutely beautiful home. The decor is upscale and modern. House is comfortable for big family. The owner has left nothing out! Anything you may need will be available.
