AWESOME getaway - home away from home. Welcome FAMILIES! Located in the heart of the White Mountains, Bartlett, NH where there is year round activity and beauty for all seasons. Minutes from Attitash, Cranmore, Wildcat and Bretton Woods alpine ski areas. Less than 5 minutes from Storyland - minutes from Heritage New Hampshire, Polar Express and Conway Scenic Railroad. North of North Conway and a quick drive to the best village shops, outlet stores, restaurants and attractions. Amenities available at the clubhouse include a heated indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, fitness room, sun deck, lg game room w/ video games, and pool tables. Property has nature trails, tennis and basketball courts. Our professionally cleaned, air conditioned condo has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, cable TV/VCR, and private bath. There is a private entrance to the balcony. The second bedroom has twin-size bunk beds with a 3rd trundle twin bed. The living room has a queen-size sleeper couch.

Location: From Boston: Approx. 3 hours Take I-95 North to Portsmouth, NH, exiting at the Spaulding Turnpike to Route 16 North. Continue following Route 16 North through N. Conway to Glen, NH. From intersection in Glen follow Route 302 approximately 3 miles. Entrance is on left.

Perfect Vacation!

This place was fantastic! It was so clean, well stocked, and comfortable! Mark was very easy to get into contact with and very accommodating! We stayed at Mark's unit for a week. We have two children aged 6 and 3, and they loved going up to the top bunk. The trundle bed was nice for our 3 year old to sleep in while our 6 year old slept in the lower bunk (they are both restless sleepers). This unit was in walking distance to the clubhouse and we all enjoyed the pool and the spa on the two rainy days. We were also very close to tons of fun activities that we enjoyed on the sunny days...Storyland, Santa's Village, Diana's Baths, Echo Lake State Park, Whale's Tale, and the wonderful shops and playground in downtown North Conway. We found a great place right down the road from the condo called Kringle's that makes really good pizza! But most nights we were able to use the well-stocked kitchen to make our meals! With two small children this was extremely convenient! The scenery around the condo was fantastic, we enjoyed taking strolls on the grounds, and on the last night there, my husband even came face to face with a bear that was lumbering about the complex while he bringing out the garbage! Talk about an awesome story to tell our friends! We had an amazing vacation! I can't wait to go back! We WILL be using Mark's place again in the future! Thanks for a great vacation, Mark!

Great Time Away!

We had a wonderful time. Condo was super clean and roomy. It was close to everything thing. Club house was wonderful, we have three small children and they couldn't have been happier. Can't wait to return.

Skiing Holiday 2009

We found the apartment after a search using Google. As visitors from the UK this was very daunting and potentially risky.

After making contact with Mark he made us feel very at ease and with the option of a paypal payment international visitors should feel safe.

The apartment is simply amazing. It is beautifully presented, it is spacious, welcoming and perfect if you are visiting North Conway like we were.

We go to New Hampshire skiing most years as it is a great place for intermediate skiing and since the people are so pleasant and the area is so lovely and varied it is great. You can get to so many ski slopes easily.

This apartment gave us the most perfect holiday, each day we returned to the apartment felt like we went home. With the ability to cook for ourselves, this was perfect after a long day skiing.

Perfect amenities in the apartment with washing and drying facilities, TV and DVD and a great cooking area, you could not want for anything.

Mark and family are so nice to deal with we will have NO hesitation what so ever to return to this apartment and in fact we are actually looking forward to it. Things could not have been better.

Thanks for making our holiday so great.

Just right

We were looking for a clean,comfortable, reasonably priced place to stay while we picked up 2 of our kids from their summer camps. We also enjoy the North Conway area and swimming in some of the area rivers. The condo worked out perfectly for us. Very, very clean with comfortable beds and newer furniture. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to be supplied with towels and linens. The clubhouse turned out to be an unexpected bonus. We hadn't planned on using it but we had a rainy day and my kids spent an afternoon swimming and enjoying the hot tub. It was casual but clean and spacious and a good place to hang out. The pool had just been emptied and refilled and the water was clear.

The owner of the condo was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to email and phone calls.

We had 2 dinners out at nearby restaurants while we were there. I would recommend Margarita Grill. Fun atmosphere and a good meal and friendly service. However we had a terrible meal at the Spaghetti Shed and thought it was way overpriced and would not recommend.

Great Family Stay

My wife and I with our three young kids rented this unit at the last minute based on location, web description and price. It did not disappoint. The unit was neat and clean and provided all the full-kitchen provided all of the basic amenities for cooking and eating.

With the three kids, we used the bunk beds and pulled out the trundle bed. Plenty of space and the kids slept well.

The master bedroom with the king bed was a great feature along with the master bath.

The shower provided good water pressure and there was plenty of hot water.

We booked directly through the owner and he was great. He was accessible and was prompt in providing us the keys in plenty of time before we left.

We were very busy during out 4 day/3night stay so we did not avail ourselves of the offerings of the resort - movie night, playground, game room etc., but all was available and well attended/used.

We did use the indoor pool. It was a bit green and cloudy the day we used it. OK for swimming, but not too appealing.

With our three boys (ages 8, 5 and 3) we did Six-Gun City, StoryLand and Santa's Village as our main attractions. 1/2 day at Six Gun on the day we arrived, full days at both Storyland and Santa's Village.

On our last day, we drove to Diana's Bath (National Forest Hiking area less than 10 minutes from the resort. We chose this area because of the kids. We hiked 6/10ths of a mile to Diana's Bath and got to walk in the small granite waterfalls. The kids loved it.

We then went to Cannon Mountain and road the tram to the top of the mountain and walked the short trails at the top. Again, great for kids.

We recommend Moat Mountain for dinner - good portion size and value for kids meals. They brew their own beer and we took a growler back to the unit after dinner. Also, we recommend Glen Junction for lunch. Great portions and a great value for both adults and children.

This was our 4th trip to the North Conway area and our first in a Condo. We have no plans on ever going back to a hotel.

We recommed this unit highly to anyone.
