Sevierville Vacation Rental condo

This is an extremey nice condominium on the first floor which allows for quick and easy loading and unloading of luggage and groceries. The accomodations were superb; very nicely decorated and clean. We had a great time and the fall weather was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and plan to do so. Highly recommended!!!

We spent 4 nights in this condo. Checkin and checkout was so easy and flawless. I'd had very good communications with the owners, both by email, postal mail, and telephone. The condo is so well-decorated and beautiful. It is well-maintained and was very clean. Plenty of amenities were included in the condo (shampoo, soaps, paper products, etc.). One thing we really liked was having a notebook available with all procedures and pertinent information. Also, the coffee table drawer held lots of brochures with area activities and information. We enjoyed relaxing in the large jacuzzi tub. The walk to the swimming pool is short. The pool was empty when we were there..and very enjoyable...just warm enough to be comfortable on a hot day! We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon River. My grandkids especially enjoyed watching the groundhog, they nicknamed "Chuck", who made frequent forays into the open below the balcony. I would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful condo. We frequent the Smokies at least once a year, and hope to return to this condo again. It is more than worth the rental price!

We were so happy that we chose this condo for our vacation this year. From the moment we walked in, we knew we had made the right choice. Being on the ground level was so nice........no steps, and I really liked being able to park so close to the front door. The inside of the condo was immaculate! We loved the layout and it was seasonally decorated for the 4th of July. One of our favorite places to relax was the porch over looking the river. Wow, what a view! We grilled 2 nights and even had our meal on the porch. My son enjoyed feeding the groundhogs from the balcony as well. I can't think of anything that would have made our stay any more enjoyable. The Reid family made us feel like family and went the extra mile to make certain everything was perfect. Be sure and check out the Smith Family Theater, the Magic Beyond Belief Show, both in Pigeon Forge, and the Unto These Hills Drama in Cherokee.........all were excellent! David, thanks for making our vacation such a pleasant one. We hope to come back to your wonderful vacation home again next year.
