Montreal apartment conveniently located in the newest and trendiest canal district. Within a 5 min walk to two major metro stops, and you are in the downtown core, or Old Montreal within 10 mins. Free off street parking available. Our 4 star rated B&B, and the best in Montreal is now offering weekly and monthly rentals. Our urban neighborhood is quiet and a real French neighborhood. Experience the real Montreal. Our home is over 100 yr old greystone, which has been lovingly renovated and decorated by a professional. All of our bedrooms have their own bathroom, plus there are two sitting rooms, with tv and dvd player. Wonderful outside deck, great to relax, and nibble away on the culinary delights purchased at the Atwater mrkt, only a 10 min walk away. Credit cards are accepted, and taxes apply. 50% deposit required at time of booking, balance due 5 days before arrival. $300 damage deposit required, refunded 10 days after check out.

  • Cancellation policy in effect. 50% deposit required at time of booking, balance 7 days before arrival. We accept credit cards. $300 damage deposit required and will be refunded 10 days after checkout.

    Rental contract must be signed and emailed/faxed in return before reservation is accepted.
