Traditional Cottage located in the Plymouth village of Manomet. The cottage has a view of Cape Cod Bay, a huge yard for play and is steps to a family friendly beach and near many fun family attractions in Plymouth. It is comfy, very clean and cozy, decorated in a blue and white nautical theme. Wi-fi, cable tv, unlimited local and long distance calling for free. We are happy to discuss a stay for your well behaved family pet. Get your toes in the sand and relax this summer! Available for month to month winter rental

By the Sea: Our cottage, located in the Village of Manomet, is designed to be a family friendly spot where we hope that you and 'the gang' will build many happy memories. Many of our families return year after year and we look forward to seeing the children each year as they grow up. The cottage has a view of Cape Cod Bay. It is a short walk to the beach (about a block). Entrance to the beach is down a sloping walkway. This is a family friendly, private beach community with no public parking facilities. You will find ample parking at the property along with a large grassy yard for play, picnic tables and a deck with table and chairs. The beach is great for sunbathing, swimming (a bit chilly, but very refreshing) as well as long walks. If your well behaved family dog is joining you, he or she may join you on the beach. Keep in mind there is a leash law in Plymouth.

Fun Things to Do: Plymouth offers many fun family activities including visits to Plymouth Plantation, a living history exhibit about the Pilgrims and the Wampanoag Indians, and the Mayflower, Whale Watching and Deep Sea Fishing trips as well as inside the harbor tours aboard Lobster Tales Pirate Adventure and the Pilgrim Belle paddle wheel boat. The Manomet Bird Observatory and Cape Cod Canal (biking, walking and roller blading) is also nearby. Great central location for day trips to Boston, Martha's Vineyard, Cape Cod and Newport, RI. There are also several wonderful daily fee golf courses including The Pine Hills, Waverly Oaks and Souther's Marsh.

I recently stayed at this cottage with my mother and adult daughter. We really had a wonderful time and would love to go back again. We found the description to be accurate and the amenities described were included. The cottage was cozy, cute and well maintained. Kathy was a delightful neighbor who was on hand to answer questions or share advice at the appropriate times. She took good care of us. We really enjoyed meeting her. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to Plymouth Center which is a delightful area where we enjoyed dining and a sunset cruise. A grocery store, diner, and ice cream shop were just a few minutes away. We would definitely recommend this cottage and plan to go back (hopefully soon). Kim
