Luxury ground floor (2 b/r- 2 bath) condo in award-winning gated country club community called Spring Run, part of 'The Brooks' . Located in Bonita Springs, FL, this luxury community has a private championship par 72 golf course, and country club. Heated pool and jacuzzi is about 100 feet from front door. Unit has breath-taking views of the lake and golf course from the beautiful tiled lanai. Entire unit is professionally decorated. Master b/r has king-sized bed, o'sized bathroom w/ twin sinks, large walk-in closet, overlooks the lake and golf course, & has o'sized windows. Guest b/r on opposite end of unit (for extra privacy) has twin beds. Unit includes att'd. garage. Included is the use of beach chairs, beach towels, and two mountain bikes. Community is 10-15 minutes from Ft. Myers Airp't, Naples, and the beach. On-site mgr. available immediately to answer any questions or resolve any problems. Ref's from previous renters available. (approx.1400sq.ft) No smoking & no pets please.
