Four Lights Condominiums is located in the resort town of York Beach, Maine. It is easily accessible from I95, and is minutes from the world famous Kittery Outlet Malls. This unit has spectacular views of the beach and world famous Nubble Lighthouse. Our unit features two bedrooms, a great room,full kitchen with granite counters, and plenty of storage. The bath features a tiled shower. A General store and half dozen restaurants are within walking distance up the beach. Kayak Expeditions, Whale watching, Fishing and Golf are all available nearby.

Welcome to York Beach, Maine! York Beach is centrally located: 45 minutes from Boston, Massachusetts and an hour from Portland, Maine. York Beach offers something for everyone. Old York Historical Village dates to the 1640's and is listed on the Historical Register. It also features plenty of upscale shopping. York Beach has been a popular summer resort for over 100 years, and features plenty of sandy beaches for relaxation. There is ample fine dining throughout the area, and the world famous Kittery Outlet Mall is just minutes away.

Atmosphere: An oceanfront community that has been popular for years, York Beach is a great place to relax and take in the ocean air and plentiful sunshine. York Beach real estate sits in the community of York, Maine and enjoys some of the best ocean views in the area. York Beach real estate isn’t far from the city of Portsmouth and a plethora of great opportunities for outdoor recreation. Your Maine residence will be your favorite, as the gorgeous ocean views and charming small town atmosphere will make you never want to leave.

Activities: Awake to the sound of seagulls and the ocean crashing on the sand in this Long Sands Beach Condominium. Located directly on the beach, you can dig your ties into the sand on the widest part of the beach. It is a short walk to Short Sands Beach with candlestick bowling, Saltwater taffy from the world famous Goldenrod, York's Wild Animal Kingdom and the Fun-O-Rama. The home has ocean views from the master bedroom, the kitchen, and the living room. In the evenings, take a very short stroll to the ice cream stand and get delicious fried dough or ice cream. The mornings can be spent sipping coffee on the beach while watching the tide going outand searching for Sand Dollars....

Pros: Photos of the property were accurate. The place was gorgeous and well-appointed. The location was ideal. There was a wonderful ocean breeze and the sound of the surf could be heard in the front bedroom.

Cons: Customer service was abysmal. All of the advertised amenities were not available upon check-in on Saturday afternoon. The DVD player was not furnished until late Monday morning and the cable modem/Internet access was not available until Tuesday morning. Calls placed to the property owner/manager made on Saturday evening and all day Sunday were not returned until Monday morning. No attempt was made to ensure that the devices delivered late Monday morning were in working order. The router had a broken cord that was taped together with duct tape and didn't work. The new cable modem dropped off late Monday afternoon had to be configured by the cable company before it would work. No notification was given that the Internet connection had been activated – it simply began working Tuesday morning. Security deposit has not been refunded in over 30 days and unable to contact property owner/manager.
