This almost new central-aired 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage single family house located in the community of Wedgefield with a pool in Ocean View. It's across from a 27 holes championship golf course. About 5 minutes drive to the beach. It's kid friendly!!!, has a large deck, gas grill, wireless high speed internet, Br #1(Master): Queen; Br # 2: Queen; Br # 3: Queen; Br # 4: 2 Twins; Family room : Queen Sleeper; Den: 1 futon; All brms are on 2nd flr. There is a 3% Ocean View town tax. There is no additional fee to use the pool however when you check out the pool pass at check in we require a deposit for the pool pass refundable when return the pass. Please bring extra cash or check for this purpose. Thanks. This house is non smoking and pets are not allowed. When inquiring about this home please mention the property address (2 Sumter Court) for quicker response. Thank you.

Roomy Well furnished 3 miles to the beach. Great

We had a great time the house was roomy well furnished with great kitchen tools.The location is great just 3 miles to the beach.The pictures don't do it justice the master bedroom is quite large.THE CLOSET IS THE SIZE OF A SMALL OFFICE.

A little piece of heavan

Our rental property was a wonderful venue for our 4 generational family vacation. The home was very kid-friendly and well maintained. The only thing I would corrrect is firmer, more comfortable sofas in the family room. The beds were extremely comfortable. We were delighted to find a room full of little girl toys; could have left all of my granddaugter's toys back home. She loved having new toys with which to play. Pool in the development was great for all of us. I would recommend this beautiful home for your family get away! Our rental agent was fantastic; came to our rental unit to return my wallet that I had left behind at their office! Excellent service.
PS. The 3 mile drive to the beach was an effort with 3 kids under 5 years and an 85 year old grandma..If you go into Bethany be extremely cautious of the time on your parking meter.
I walked my 85 yr old mom to the beach from one of the handicaped metered spaces, was 2 minutes late returning to the meter and got a $40 ticket. You get 12 min. for 25 cents, so bring lots of quarters.
