We all had a great time at the Bay Head House! My family came to NJ to celebrate the Christening of my daughter in October 2008. We had plenty of room for all the adults and kids. The party was a success and the house had all the ammenities to host a party of 50+ guests. The location was excellent, close to lots of restaurants, walking distance to the beach, and lots of great shops! We would love to come back again! Thanks for a great time! We love the Bay Head House!!!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We stayed at the Bay Head House from before Thanksgiving until after Christmas (6 wks). Our whole family was with us off and on (20 in all). We all had a fantastic time and there was more than enough room for all. You are within walking distance of a great small town, the beach, shopping and resturants. There is a small park a block away which is great for kids. We have 11 grandchildren (ages 2 -15) and all ages had a ball. My husband and stayed in the house alone, between long weekend with our kids and grandchildren, and it was great. We stayed on the first floor and just closed off the upper floors. I cannot say enough good things about the house, location and the great landlord (Jamie)!!!!!!!! It is a great house for reunions or just a family vaction. Hopefully will get to go back and have as wonderful a time as we had in 2008.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great Beach House

Just returned from a great week in Bay Head! Great house, wonderful location in downtown area. Walk to Mueller's Bakery, Cheese Shop, beach, crabbing and shops! Hardly used the car all week. Some bathrooms are older but house is in very good condition otherwise and comfortably fit 21! A/C Units in bedrooms guaranteed comfortable sleeping conditions. Great new outdoor shower. Porches were wonderful for hanging out and reading. Owner responded to any questions/concerns right away.
Would recommend to large groups, families, friends.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers
