This charming Wellfleet Cape is located on a lovely wooded acre near the national seashore. It is within walking distance to paths that lead to ocean beaches and fresh water swimming ponds. This private property has a large deck and expansive back yard. The open yard is perfect for sunning and grilling and includes an outdoor shower. The interior of the house is warm and inviting. Built by two artists, it boasts craftsman like features including wide pine floors and trim, a ceramic sink, Mexican tiled kitchen and bath and a clawfoot tub. The appliances are stainless steal contemporary and the furniture charming old world.

Located within the national seashore, Wellfleet is a small rural community on the outer tip of Cape Cod. The town boasts numerous art galleries, theaters and restaurants. There are beautiful beaches- both ocean and a calm bay side, as well as fresh water kettle ponds within the seashore boundaries. There are hiking and biking trails, as well as opportunities for fun summer sports- sailing, kayaking, canoeing and surfing. This is a lovely spot for a romantic get-away or a wonderfully full family vacation. The sunsets are beautiful.

This place was a sweet find...the perfect Wellfleetian experience! It is spotless and artistically charming. We loved the large back deck, grill, and yard (replete with hammock)...very relaxing.

The owners are wonderful and will set you up with all you need to know about the art galleries, restaurants,ponds and beach! Don't forget to have a drink at the Beach Comber. We will be returning!
