Notes: The trolley is only 2and a half block from this condo it is a short walk to the Harbor, it is situated in the heart of Little Italy. This Village is kept at all times in pristine condition. Quaint and full of flowers hanging from each lamp post and each corner has huge clay flower pots with flowers of the season and fruit. The Streets are tree lined with benches and chairs placed for you to be able to stop and enjoy the culture, charming shops, fine dinning, famous pasta shops with home made sauces and sausage, the Italian culture is everywhere. Every Saturday there is an open air market events are being held full of music, and laughter. All of this and close to the Harbor with San Diego's beautiful year round weather. I was a little hesitant about Little Italy, I contacted this Management company on another condo that wasn’t available. I fell in love with the area, its safe, clean and full of wonderful attractions. The condo was immaculate and I felt at home. I can recommend this condo and the area.

Property was 100% as described. Great central location and convenient to trolley line as well as walking to downtown locations. Many GREAT resturants within 3 blocks. Property management folks were a joy to deal with and responsive to questions. They even offered to take us to the airport for our trip home.
The property was well maintained and the secure parking spaces were a great plus. If we go back to San Diego again in 2010 this will be our first choice.
