Fantastic studio with private outdoor area, centrally located in Venice on the second floor of a completely redone, six-unit apartment building.

VE Santa Clara F is situated only steps from world-famous Abbott Kinney Boulevard, the main shopping street of Venice, this completely redone, modern and tastefully decorated deluxe apartment suite places you right in the heart of a new, revitalized Venice. It offers easy access to wonderful restaurants, great boutique stores, modern galleries and a vibrant nightlife. And with only a short walk to Venice Boardwalk and Venice Beach, you have the best of both worlds right at your doorstep!//This beautiful studio apartment is located on the second floor of a completely redone, six-unit apartment building and has a fantastic private outdoor balcony surrounded by bamboo and lots of green. It features many windows, which make the apartment sunny and bright, and is furnished in an inviting, contemporary style. It has a dining table that seats up to three, a queen size bed and a comfortable modern recliner chair to help you recover from a hard day of work or sightseeing. It features a brand new modern kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, microwave and combined washer/dryer in the unit. There is also a shared, full-size dryer right next to the unit.//A modern bathroom includes a soak tub combined with shower with a large rain showerhead. The apartment has a large mirrored floor to ceiling closet, a 37-inch flat screen TV with cable and HBO, DVR player as well as high-speed, wireless Internet.//The apartment does not come with an assigned parking space; street parking only.//As most beach properties along the California Coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit. With average beach temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees year round, air conditioning is not generally needed in our beach areas. For our warmer days, each of our beach properties is equipped with portable ventilator fans which, when combined with open windows, allow the fresh ocean air to circulate and cool your property to a very pleasant temperature.

Perfect place to nestle in and relax.
I was having work done on my house, so needed a
temporary place to live.
The location could not be better -- footsteps away
from some of the best restaurants, cafes and stores
in the city. A short walk / bike ride to the beach.
The apartment was clean, well designed and had
everything I needed to feel at home. Kitchen,
laundry, wifi, ready to go. I would recommend to
anyone!

Had a very nice stay in this place - it looks lovely and is very well set up (kitchen, linens) for a long term stay. Location is perfect if you're into the Venice Beach/Abbott Kinney vibe.

This is the perfect location for anyone that wants
the best Venice has to offer, location, comfort and
convenience. The apartment has all the luxuries
of a fine hotel but with the warmth and
technologies of home. A full kitchen and laundry
facilities make it perfect for extended stays. This
is where the locals live and hang out. Any place
else would be touristy and loud. The
management was a delight to deal with. I stayed
for three nights. I would come back and
recommend it to others.
