This charming year round home is being offered at bargain rates! It is located off Lower County Road close to Nantucket Sound beaches and is less than a mile to Haggis beach, and a 5 minute drive to the expansive and beautiful West Dennis Beach. Just a short drive away from Cape Cod Bay beaches. Home has 3 bedrooms with one king, 4 twins, and a futon sleep sofa with an occupancy permit to sleep 7. All bedrooms have new comfortable mattresses. Nice large eat-in kitchen. It has a cozy sitting sun room off the kitchen. Cable TV and DVD in the living room and Cable TV is also in the sun room. Washer and Dryer in the Basement. The yard contains a new enclosed outdoor shower, picnic table and gas Weber grill with ample room for family horseshoe & wiffle ball games. Close to family restaurants, great shopping and activities such as mini golf, Cape Cod Baseball, go-carts, movie theaters, antique shops and more, Home is also close to many water sports including kayaking, para-sailing & sailing

I found this house on-line and I couldn't have asked for a better cape house. The location was perfect. Close to everything. We had awesome time and we would rent this house again.
