****LIMITED AVAILABILITY FOR THE 2009 SEASON!**** 2 BEDROOM OCEANSIDE - LATE CANCELLATION REDUCED RATE $1200*** 3 BEDROOM OCEANFRONT - Aug 29-Sept 7. The front house on the beach is split down the middle into two units (one four-bdrm and one three-bdrm). The master bdrm in each unit has a queen-size bed and is located on the second floor with beautiful views over the ocean. Each unit has 4 twins located in the bedrm(s) behind the master. There is a half bath upstairs in each unit. Downstairs is a living room fully equipped with cable TV. Off the living area is a newly renovated full bath in each unit. The kitchen is behind the living area and is fully equipped. Off the kitchen is a bedroom with a queen-size bed. There is another unit behind the main house sleeps 7 with 2 bdrms, 1 1/2 baths, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. One bedrm has a king bed and the other has 3 twin beds and a sleep sofa in the living area.

This house lives up to it's description! You walk of the back porch and you step right into the sand. The view from the upstairs BR is truly spetacular! We had a few minor problems so we contacted the owner and she was very kind and took care of everything. We enjoyed staying here and would not hesitate to book it again.
