It is very rare to find a location this perfect along the East Coast. We arrived with my daughter, grandson who is two, our small dog, and my sister and we had the best vacation ever. We strolled onto the beach, which is right there in the back yard, with our morning coffee. We often ate on the deck overlooking the ocean. The house is well situated (just steps from the beach) but offered us the privacy we enjoyed. We watched fireworks on the beach at night and did a lot of grilling. The sunrise from the master bedroom was terrific. We spent many evenings eating dinner on the deck overlooking the ocean.
The set-up is comfortable and the kitchen is very well equiped. Because of the location, we spent very little time inside but we would have been comfortable inside had there been a rainy day.
There were minor problems upon arrival but Bob and Karen quickly solved them.
Grocery stores, etc. were within five miles and the beach house is only three straight miles from Hampton Beach but with none of the chaos.
