This gorgeous home is over 3300 sq. feet spread over 3 floors and is located in gated community and has a luxurious resort style pool that is the largest in Destin. This community features a grill and poolside tiki bar as well as a free shuttle to the beach. The Villages of Crystal Beach is across the street from Destin Commons, as well as many restaurants, shopping, and a few blocks from the beach! This beautiful house features 5 bedrooms with 2 living rooms and wet bars located on two of the floors. Full size washer and dryer located on the main floor. Two private balconies are perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. Master bedroom is located on second floor with a King size bed and Jacuzzi style tub.This brand new house features 9 foot ceilings, ceiling fans, high speed Internet and flat screen TV's in every room.
