Hi, we're the Chapman's . . . Burt and Kim
and we're looking forward to meeting you.
Burt and I have lived in the Ozarks our entire lives, and we
have watched Branson grow from its first McDonald's in
1976, that Burt managed, to the new Branson Landing and we
are excited about our venture with you to help you have a
wonderful, comfortable and memorable time here
in the beautiful Ozark Foothills
Burt and I have been married 15 years and we are blessed
with 4 children, & 5 grandchildren. We
have enjoyed our careers in health care and are now looking
forward to something with a little less adrenaline, and more
time with our family, friends and new guests.
This project and time in our lives is dedicated to our nephew . . .
Love is not written on paper, for paper can be erased. Nor is it etched on stone, for stone can be
broken. But it is inscribed on a heart and there it shall remain forever . . .

Only 1/4mi away, you can visit Silver Dollar City and step back in
time to an 1880's craft village filled with 20th century thrills and
5 fabulous festivals. Cool off at Branson's premiere water park,
White Water, or treat yourself to a one of a kind dinner and show
on Table Rock Lake's ultimate lake voyage, the Showboat Branson Belle.
Branson is considered 'The Live Music Show Capital of the World'.
With over 30 theaters playing host to over 60 shows, you'll have no
problem finding a show in Branson that suits your taste!

Branson has 6 area golf courses. Ledgestone is only 3 miles away and was
called by Golf Digest 'a masterpiece of mountain golf architecture.'
Spectacular scenery accentuates the hilly terrain and dense forests
that border virtually all of the narrow Zoysia fairways. Water is in
play on 10 holes. Bunkers surround the speedy bent grass greens.
Ledgestone has become the favorite course of many of its visitors.
For those who enjoy fun on the lake, two marinas are less than 10
minutes away and offers pontoon boats, ski boats, fishing boats, or
wave runners for rental. They also have a concrete boat launch and
guest slips for those who own their own watercraft. Fuel, fishing
licenses, bait and tackle, and ice and soda are also available
