Completely remodeled and renovated as a special vacation retreat, this home in Old Town is located on a beautiful quiet street. Great for FAMILIES (children have separate wing in home and all bedrooms have TV/DVD players, desks, and reading lamps). Great for ROMANCE (Master Bedroom adjoins elegant bathroom SPA, with two-person Sauna, copper Japanese soaking tub, large open shower, antique French vanity, deep plush towels, and a stash of candles). The second bath has tub/shower combo and stained glass. The backyard is VERY private and boasts a covered patio, heated by an antique gas heater, new large hot-tub outside Master Bedroom door, large entertainment deck with refrigerator, barbecue, eating area, bar, and dartboard. There is an outside shower (hot and cold water) on the Pool deck, and a new Conversation/Fire Pit, in a secluded area of the backyard, which is comfortably furnished with cement animal benches, and special long-handled Marshmallow & Hot Dog Roasting utensils.

    OFF SEASON RATES include NOV thru FEB w/ Last Minute Specials Available upon Request.
    DEPOSIT $500 returned w/in 2 wks of checkout if home in same condition. PET FEES will apply for pets.
    RESERVATION FUNDS = 1/2 rent + Sec Dep required to hold reservation. FINAL PAYMENT of second half rent must be received 2 wks prior to arrival w/personal check. Local taxes may apply.
  • No required CLEANING FEE if the house requires only 'normal cleaning' and is left in the condition it was upon arrival except: $15 if BBQ is used; $10 per bed for linens from 3rd and 4th bed.
    NORMAL CLEANING includes showers, toilets, sinks, tubs, floors, one towel per person on contract, and sheets for two beds. There is a Departure Checklist in the home to assist with departures.

This property rental experience was wonderful.The owner was very receptive to all of our early questions and provided quick and accurate explanations. Once we arrived, we found everything pristine. From the personal touch of having someone meet us and show us the property to the amenities like the pool, sauna, and hot tub, everything was great. Nice quiet neighborhood to relax in.

This is a very cute house with a funky vibe (in a good way!) You can tell the owner is an artist or at least "artsy" and we all loved the character and charm of her decorating style. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. It was the perfect location and size for my small wedding party in Napa. My only complaint is the pool (a factor in choosing the house) was definitely not heated making it impossible to use. In the owner's defense, it is not advertised as a heated pool... but I assumed it would be useable. We still had a blast hanging out on the pool deck which appears to be tailor made for entertaining. Thank Goddess for the hot tub- we spent A LOT of time of it! All in all, for the price, the pool complaint is small, this place was perfect and I highly recommend for a family, couple or small party.
