Our two-story with high vaulted ceiling vacation home has its own private screened in-ground pool, 2 car garage and enough living space to accommodate up to 10 people. Amenities such as cable TV, Sony Playstation2, Computer with high speed wireless internet, tennis court, playgrounds, basketball court and walking paths are all available for your enjoyment. Our affordable rates make it possible to vacation in more space for less money than you would spend to stay at a resort hotel.

** The home is licensed by the State of Florida and Polk County

Cancellation Policy: If for any reason the guest wishes to cancel their reservation he should notify the owner at the earliest possible time by phone or e-mail, followed by a written confirmation. If after the cancellation the owner manages to get a reservation for some or all the dates canceled he will then refund the money up to the amount paid by the new guest. If, on the other hand, the owner is unable to find a new reservation for some or all the dates canceled the owner shall be entitled to any payments already made according to the following conditions and charges:

If the cancellation occurs up to 60 days prior to the arrival date - $250.00 reservation deposit.

If the cancellation occurs 30 to 60 days prior to the arrival date - 50% of the rental total.

If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date - 90% of the rental total.

The payment of the reservation deposit confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • - Rates do not include 12% Florida Sales and Tourist tax.
  • - Reservations require a deposit of $250 or 20% of the rental total (whichever is greater).

    - NO pets and NO smoking allowed.

    - The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival, or with deposit if the dates are under 60 days away.

    - Reservations of 6 nights or less require a cleaning fee of $95.

    - Pool/Spa heat is optional for $25 a day and requires a minimum of 5 nights.

    - A $350 security deposit is required for all reservations and is due 60 days before arrival, or with full payment if dates are under 60 days away.
  • - Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.

    - Payments may be made by check, money order, certified bank check or credit cards. Payments must be made using US funds.

    - If you wish to pay with a credit card you may use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal, however, there is a 3% convenience fee added for the transaction.

    - The person making the reservation must be 25 years of age or over and must be a member of the party occupying the home.

My last minute family Vacation

We have never been to Florida as a family and it was such short notice and change of plans. We were not sure the owner would be able to accomadate us. Well, he accomadated us, the management was warm and helpfull and the location was perfect. The only worries I encounterd were the appliances in the unit the laundry inparticular was not up to date and could not handle alot of drying at a time. This slowed things up for us. But, other than that it was close to the beach and disney and we did alot of sight seeing. I would come back bring friends and we as a family will remember this always. Thank you!

Home away from Home

I wanted to take this house, pack it up and move it with me to Miami. Loved the setup. Close to grocery store and Walmart and only about a 10 to 15 minute drive to the Disney Parks. The only complaints I had was that the jacuzzi was not working, not enough privacy around the pool (however not many other homes in the development had privacy fences either) and the fact that we could not lower the airconditioner any lower that 72 degrees. For Florida that is not quite comfortable enough. But definately plan on staying there again.

Nice Place

The house was a big hit with my family and the decorating was very tasteful. I loved the master bath. The price was great and the location was convenient to Super walmart and Publix. The kids loved the pool. I would have enjoyed a fence around the pool for a little added privacy.... however, I give it two thumbs up!!

We are originally from florida and liked the convenience of the property that it was not in the hussle and bussel of the busy area. Pool was great.. house nicely furnished w/new furniture and convenient to grocery store and super walmart, confortable beds and good location made this a great choice for our family.
