This property and location have everything you need, towels, linens, central a/c, washer/dryer and 2 decks. The condo was built 2007, so everything is brand new. Walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, bike paths and ferries. don't even need a car, the bus system down the street is fabulous.

Relax and have fun on vacation. There are plenty of activities and lots of peace and quiet on the Island. Bike for miles on the paved path through the forest, visit the landscape with clay cliffs and explore all the wonderful beaches.

This gorgeous, new, pristine, clean, Oak Bluffs property is in the heart of town and in walking distance to mostly everything (shops, restaraunts, beaches, etc). We fully enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. The condo owner, Sue, is also a pleasure to do business with. We'll definitely go back in the future.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The condo had a PERFECT location! Steps to the beach, the bus & all the restaurants and the grocery store. Newly built, it
has character, style & two decks to enjoy the ocean breeze at
night. Being in the heart of town, it can be abit noisy early in the
AM with local deliveries/trash pickup and late at night on
wkends. It was more priced more reasonable than the hotels & and had the amenities of home. The washer/dryer was a key
item while staying a week & dealing with beach clothes.
We had an issue with the central air, but the owner was quick to help remedy the situation. Had a great time & would rent it
again! Located on Kennebec.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
