This casually elegant 6 bedroom 5 bath Beach Home with 2 bedroom Carriage House has just been completed, & sleeps 19 in beds and 8 more in convertible sofas. Perfect for large gatherings, every detail of this custom three story home has been designed with your beach vacation in mind. Each floor has it's own living area. The main living area is part of the second floor great room, has panoramic gulf views & a relaxing 'Tommy Bahama' theme, HUGE LCD TV with HD and built in Surround Sound. The dining table is stunning with it's dual chandeliers, and with available leaves will seat up to 16. The bar and screened-in dining porch can comfortably seat an additional 12. The large wrap around deck runs the full length of the house and has stairs to the pool and grill area. Enjoy!

Ideally situated on a quiet street, Forever Views' outstanding and unique location provides Gulf views from East to West. From the house you can walk to the pristine white sandy beach and emerald waters, and walk to famous 'Stinky's Fish Camp' restaurant. We're located on the Western part of scenic route 30A. The shops and restaurants of Gulf Place & the exciting new Grand Boulevard (Flemings Steak House, Tommy Bahama's Restaurant, Orvis, PF Changs, Mitchells Fish Market, Cantina Laredo, Publix Supermarket and more) are only about five minutes away. Seaside and grayton beach with it's famous 'Red Bar' are nearby and it's only about 12 minutes to the Silver Sands Outlets. Evening concerts at popular Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf are all less than 15 minutes away. You'll have the time of your life while staying at Forever Views, and you'll want to return again and again! We are looking forward to your visit!

The Carriage House is charming and offers additional privacy with it's own fully equipped kitchen, Laundry center, king bedroom and twin bunkroom (with it's own playstation and LCD TV). It has it's own living area with convertible sofa and you'll be treated to relaxing gulf views from every room. Nestled between the House and the carriage house is a large paver patio with private heated pool with waterfall for your enjoyment. You'll love grilling on the large 44- burger capacity stainless gas grill with two separate grill stations (one infrared for hi-temp meat searing) and side burner. Beautiful paver driveway and Parking area is very generous and will fit 6+ cars
