Beautiful Cape Cod home with plenty of natural light on a quiet cul-de-sac. Perfect for families who like to enjoy a nearby beach (Nantucket Sound) and bike riding along it. The Fresh River, a large creek behind the property, is home to ducks and flows into the Sound a short walk away. The deck just off the kitchen overlooks the backyard and this creek making it fine for relaxing while catching up on that new bestseller, dining, or watching the sunset. The 2nd floor master bedroom is recently renovated and has central A/C for those infrequent nights when the sea breezes are not cool enough.

Falmouth highlights: Forty-five minute ferry service to Martha's Vineyard (8 miles across Nantucket Sound) is available from both Falmouth (passenger) and the adjacent town of Woods Hole (passenger/car). This provides a fine option for easy day trips with your bikes or on foot. Falmouth Village is great for wandering through while visiting the numerous shops, having an ice cream cone, or even spending a rainy day in their fine library. The string of Cape Cod towns, each with its own character, extend to the east. Dozens of restaurants provide a range of choices in both cuisine and formality. You will run out of time long before you run out of options!

Woods Hole highlights: Home to the internationally known Oceanographic Institute, it is a quaint town as well. There is a small aquarium here and the Institute hosts weekly foreign movies as well as a lecture series on various scientific topics. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard requires reservations only if you plan to bring your car.

Charter a boat for sightseeing, fishing or to MV : Sunset cruises can be arranged as well!
