I just came back from renting this location and I could not have been happier. The view is incredible and everything is at walking distance. Not to mention that you have a Walgreens right across the street for all your necessities. The apartment is spacious and occupied with everything you need. I recommend this location to anyone and everyone!

This was a perfect condo for us!! There were 6 of us (three couples). The condo is located in the heart of "everything". There are lots of places to eat, clubs, souvenior shopps. The beach is literally one minute walk, and the view from the balcony......AMAZING!!! I would recommend this to everyone!!! The owner is super nice, he even gave us some tips, called to check on us and see if we were having fun. Great experience, and I absolutely will rent this condo next time I visit PR :)

Great Place at Great Location!

We stayed at this property for 1 week in November 2008 and had a great time. The apartment is really spacious and well equipped. The best part was the balcony with awesome direct views of the ocean! The building is a little bit old but well maintained, they were always cleaning; more importantly it was a really safe place with secure access to the beach. The beach was really nice and they had chair rentals right outside the building. The location was great, very close to the Intercontinental and El San Juan Hotel where you can walk for a lunch right at the beach (the Intercontinental) or a really nice drinks and dinner (El San Juan). We will definitely rent this property again!
