Elegant, yet inviting: The house is elegant, yet warm and inviting. Appropriate for entertaining a large party, while still comfortable for simply reading a book in one of the living areas or on one of the decks. Generous windows in every room fill the house with light.

Recent events at the house: The home recently hosted a Nantucket Wine Festival brunch, prepared by noted chef Principessa Emanuela Notarbartolo di Sciara, as part of its 'Great Wines in Grand Houses' series. The home was said to be the perfect setting for the event, which has been scheduled again for next season.

I rented this home and hoped the photos were accurate. In fact, the property surpassed my expectations and I will absolutely rent again. It is elegant, perfectly furnished and had all the amenities promised. The owner was very easy to work with.

This property is very special! The architecture takes full advantage of the special air and light of the Island and combines the best traditions with modern comforts. Great attention to detail in both building and furnishings, all top quality. The owners clearly built and manages property as if they were living in it. Wonderful garden that expands living space. Privacy of a single family home with convenience to shopping by foot, bicycle or car. Truly a special home away from home!
