Take the elevator to this bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium in the R building on the beach at the Ocean Village Club. Comfortably sleeping 6 the condo has a master bedroom with a King-size bed, television and private attached bathroom with a large tiled walk in shower. The other bedroom has a pair of twin beds. A pass-through bar connects the fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Next to the kitchen are a washer and dryer. The dining room table seats 6 and adjoins the living room. The festive living room couch is a hide-a bed that sleeps two. There is also a matching love seat, a chair and an entertainment center with a 27 inch television, DVD and VHS player and a small stereo. The end of the living room has a sliding glass door that opens into a screened in porch.

St. Augustine has a huge beach, the world’s finest golf, three different kinds of fishing and designer shopping in the oldest city in the US. Near I-95 you are one hour south of Jacksonville’s NFL team the Jaguars, and one hour north of the Daytona International Speedway. Disney World is only two hours from the condominium; on the way watch a Space Shuttle launch at the Kennedy Space Center.This beach is larger than the beach in Daytona or Jacksonville. During high tide and low tide there is plenty of shallow calm water for kids who want to play in the surf. Beyond the calm water Surfers ride exciting waves.

The security gates allow you to relax while the kids run between the tennis courts, pool and beach. End the day back on the porch relaxing with someone special. Buffeted by the ocean breeze, laugh and enjoy each other’s company while planning the next day.

Things To Do...: GOLF: The World Golf Village is to Golf what Cooperstown is to baseball. Their facilities and courses are world-class. FISHING: Fishing is available for every age and interest: Catch Flounder and Sea Trout in The Intercoastal Waterway or Pier fish and the kids will catch colorful Mahi Mahi. Take a ½ day trip 5 miles offshore pull in a King Mackerel or charter a 12-hour trip to the Gulf Stream and sport fish for Sailfish, Barracuda, Grouper and Wahoo.

Lovely place, tastefully decorated and well equipped with all new appliances and modern conveniences. Gated community with convenient access to I-95 and the city of St. Augustine. The soft-sand beach is right in your backyard. Jeff was great to deal with and extremely responsive and resourceful. I look forward to renting from him again.

This condo was so nice. Very clean and convenient to the beach. We loved the security of the property as well. You can see the ocean from the master bed room window that faces east-that was a nice bonus. Pleasantly landscaped grounds and a very nice pool round out a great location.
