Two bedroom, one and one-half bath that sleeps 6 with 1 queen sleeper in LR

'Tropical Retreat' condo is located in the 'Bay Esplanade

Condominiums' located at 611 Poinsettia Ave., Unit #105. This

wonderful beach retreat will be your host to comfort, relaxation &

spectacular sunsets!

There is NO POOL at this complex!!!!

This unit will sleep 4 to 6 people comfortably with 950 square feet

1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bedroom with queen bed.

1.5 Bathrooms.

1-Queen Size Sleeper Sofa in Living Room.

Dining area, Sun Room/porch.

Fully equipped kitchen, 3 cable TVS, local phone service, linens,

stereo, 2 TV's with DVD players.

Condo is equipped with a Washer/Dryer in the unit

Vacation Rental Amenities: This condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and

decorated with a beachy flair. Only 2 streets from the beach and one

block to the public pool (in season), tennis courts, weight room and basketball

court. Across the street is a public park with swing sets.

There is NO Pool at this condo complex

Activities and Attractions: There truly is no better place to get the most out of your vacation

than Clearwater Beach. Rent a bike. Go for a swim. The entertainment

is endless...we have parasailing, jet ski rental, fishing, Charter

boats, Pirate Ships Cruises, Dinner Boats and this is only the

beginning. Busch Gardens is 1 hr. away and Disney World and Sea

World is only 1 hr. and 45 mins away.

Restaurants within walking distance are Frenchys, Clear Sky, Palm Pavillion and several others. Two convienance stores are also nearby. Don't miss Godfathers Pizza, located inside the Hess Station.

    $125.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights
    $150.00 cleaning fee for longer than 7 day stays.
    $500.00 deposit required 7 -14 nights. $1000 deposit for stays longer than 14 nights

    You are required to make a $500 reservation deposit when booking a property. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. We also offer a $45 Damage Waiver. This $45 fee protects you in case of any unintentional damages up to $1500, that may occur while you are renting the property. Your deposit may then be applied towards your final payment. We also recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance for your trip as rental payments are non-refundable.

Awesome location at an Excellent Price!

We've been vacationing in Clearwater Beach for over 10 yrs and have always stayed in small hotel rooms. Even with the top level guest programs we could never have gotten so much room at such a great price! The condo is clean, roomy and close to EVERYTHING! It's also half the price of any hotel within a good 10 blocks. This is our new 'go to' vacation home in Clearwater. Thank youm, Dana, for allowing us to stay in your home during our Spring Training vacation. Go Phillies!!!

spectacular vacation

my recent 2 week march 2011 stay was perfect. the weather was great, and this condo was exactly as pictured and was clean and well maintained by the owner. The location is great for walking to the beach and visiting the 2 beach bars, (Frenchy's&Palm Pavilion) a short walk down to pier 60 and downtown area. I would recommend this condo to all. I can't wait til next year to come back.

Great location in Clearwater Beach

We really enjoyed the location. Everything was within walking disance, such as the beach and lots of different restaruants.
The unit was clean & comfortable, yet not on a street with traffic noise.
This was perfect for one couple.
