Property located on mile marker 66.5 in Long key. Located in a secure Resort that includes access to recreational activities such an Olympic sized heated swimming pool, tennis courts, billiard tables, ping pong tables, full basketball courts, and other amenities. Feel free to visit the library located inside the community next to the Marina. This outdoor resort includes a grocery store that contains a wide variety of everyday necessities as well as bait and tackle. Marina includes two fuel pumps for Boating purposes only. Resort also includes access several public restrooms with showers and Coin Laundry. Property has docking space for up to 20 ft. boat. Parking for up to two vehicles. Includes two passenger Golf Cart and propane B.B.Q. .

This was perfect, the inside is so clean you would almost think it was new. It doesn't show it but it is on the channel, you can sit outside and watch boats come and go or park your boat right outside.The lot is bigger then it looks, I could fit my pickup, enclosed 2 place motorcycle trailer and the 2 motorcycles on it. The owners were great to deal with, no problems at all and they made sure that everything was perfect !! Thanks again. Howard
