3 bedrooms, one full bath, one half bath and three bedroom air conditioners

This year round home is in a quiet neighborhood, at the end of a cul de sac, bordered by town land. It is a short drive to West Dennis beach or to Mayflower beach.

Two of three bedrooms have full glass sliders which open onto a large sunny deck. Every bedroom is air-conditioned. Enjoy the master bedroom with a king bed and master half bath. All bedrooms have a built in closet, nightstand and a bureau for clothes. The full sized bathroom has a tub and a shower. The living area is all on one floor. Enjoy the hot and cold outdoor shower. Barbecue on our gas grill. View HBO and the Red Sox on both den and living room TVs.

The garage is perfect storage for kayaks and bikes. The half acre flat grassy yard with underground sprinklers, is professionally landscaped with a spring and summer blooming garden. This home will feel like your home away from home. Additional photos are available upon request.

We provide high speed broadband internet access.

Our Home: Our guests love our large flat grassy yard. We have flowering fruit trees and mature maples which shade and frame the yard. Multi week guests have said the large yard and safe neighborhood made their stay very enjoyable. Not everyday is a beach day. But every day is a vacation day. Make this your Home Away From Home. Biking Mecca: Dennis is the home of the beginning of the Rail Trail. The State of Massachusetts has spent the last three years upgrading the trail. They also added a very nice spur on the trail down to Chatham. For those unfamiliar, The Rail Trail goes from Dennis to Eastham. It follows the flattest route possible. Bike rentals are available just off the parking lot. Bring your own bike or rent bikes for a few hours. September is great for biking.

Biking Mecca 2: I actually have my own bike route in addition to the Rail Trail. Leaving directly from our home we can access the Town of Dennis bike trail. I have bike ride that takes me to Scargo Tower. The tower is at the top of the Hill. From there you can see Provincetown Tower with good visibility. I then ride down to Sesuit Harbor and have a Lobster Roll with a million dollar view. Then I bike to Mayflower Beach and go for a swim. Some exercise, some views, a Cape Cod lunch and a swim. It doesn't get any better than that.

Dennis is a great place to take a Bike vacation. September is an ideal month to bike. Check out this web site for Bike trails on the Cape.

Dennis is the start of the Rail Trail. Dennis also has its own bike paths. Distances can be determined by your choice. The family can take a two mile bike ride with tricycles and grandparents on the rail trail. Every time I ride the rail trail I notice many people of different generations, are spending a day together and smiling. More active family members can do more and go faster. Other family members can participate and ride a shorter distance.

The state of Massachusetts has spent money on the Cape Cod Rail Trail over the last five years. They have added a spur to Chatham. They have widened the trail and repaved the length of the trail. Also, as the trail has gained popularity, many proprietors cater to the bikers. Orleans has a varied selection of restaurants.

The week before we arrived Bob contacted me to make sure we did not have any last minute questions. We stayed in Bob's house for a week (July 2011). When we arrived the house was super clean and well maintained. We had a small issue that Bob immediately took care of (in person). The children had a great time outside in the very large front and back yards. We really enjoyed the bay beaches (Mayflower and Corporation) which were just a short drive away.

Overall our family vacation was a great success. We plan to return in the future and would stay in this house again.
