Located five minutes from the beach, shopping and a selection of restaurants, including American, Chinese, Greek, French, Italian and of course many fast food restaurants are available.

This beautiful house is set in a Bird Sanctuary with amazing views of the water and waterways. The neighborhood are all mostly Professional people. Very peaceful, quiet days and evenings. Well away from traffic flow. I am considering selling this beautiful home, and - if you are interested in purchasing this home for yourself - or for investment purposes - I would be happy to talk to you about it.
